Yogi Tea

15 cloves
20 black peppercorns
15 cardomom pods, crushed
2 cinnamon sticks, about 3"
ginger, cut in slices with peel, about 2"
decaf black tea, 3 tea bags
3 quarts water

Bring water to a boil. Add cloves, boil 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients except tea, cover and boil gently
for at least 30 minutes. Add tea. When drinking, sweeten
with honey, soy milk, etc. Enjoy!

I've been using crystallized ginger in place of the fresh ginger - it's quite tasty! And I tried some different decaf black teas. Once comes from the oriental market (I bought that in Houston), I've also tried the Numi brand, a vanilla flavored decaf black tea.
